It is very difficult to write
objectively about Punat ,
specially when you love it as
much as we do... Let's start
from the fact that this is a
wonderful, fishing town, which
during the summer experience a
complete metamorphosis.
Punat is uncommon and
geographically diverse place, so
you can recreate biking
landscaped promenade, stroll
through the olive groves and
rocky close to the edge of the
sea, climbing a little bit more
demanding locations ... In Punat
Bay, there is a small island
Košljun, which is uninhabited
except for the Franciscan
monastery and the monks who live
there and maintain a small
museum and a much larger park.
Taxi ride to the island boats,
and we recommend that you visit
at least once during the
holidays |

But romance aside, you will be
important to you in the Punat
find everything you might need
during the holidays - post
office, bank, pharmacy, travel
clinic, many shops, groceries,
market with fresh fruits and
vegetables, rent bikes,
scooters, pedal boats and kayaks
...
At only 50m from our house is
well equipped supermarket, and
at 100m (the beach) you will
find a small bakery with fresh
produce, and always next to her
stall with fruit and vegetables.
Definitely recommend that early
in the morning there, walk
through your breakfast! The
entire length of the coast to
the city center you will find
cafes and pastry shops, and some
stand with colorful summer props
and souvenirs ... |
